In October 2024, we partnered with Abu Dhabi Police and Interpol for the International Conference on Disaster Victim Identification, held in Abu Dhabi. This high-stakes event presented a unique challenge, as our team had only seven hours to complete an extensive setup. The ambitious installation featured a dynamic LED display, an immersive interactive tunnel, and over 15 kiosks, all arranged within the pre-function area. Outside, in the expansive garden, we facilitated a live scene demonstration, adding an experiential element to the conference. Our team’s meticulous planning and execution transformed the space in record time, delivering a powerful and memorable environment for global leaders in disaster victim identification.
